CSG are recruiting on behalf of an established Toy business, to work on their award winning educational lines. They are looking for a UK based salesperson to be accountable for further developing and growing key UK accounts. The business already has great success in the International markets, and are looking to further develop the UK market.
The Role
As a National Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in further growing the UK market across Retail, Grocer and Toy Specialists. You will be responsible for building key relationships with customers that the business is already working with, and looking at growing these customers further. You will also look at new business where you see a suitable opportunity, and create a target list from this.
* Build strong relationships with UK Nationals
* Outline new business development opportunities where suitable
* Grow and nurture a number of existing leading Retail and High Street accounts
* Pitch product launches, negotiate prices and keep customers up to date at all times
* Visiting customers at their UK head offices where required
* Prepare a focused business plan for the market
Key requirements
* Existing relationships with Key UK Nationals / Retailers
* Experienced within the Toy market is preferable (must have experience within Consumer Goods if outside of Toys)
* Comfortable working independently and holding yourself accountable
* Able to demonstrate key account growth within current or previous role
* Strong relationship building skills
