We are seeking a motivated and proactive KS2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2 in a dynamic and inclusive primary school environment.
The Role:
1. Supporting pupils in Years 3–6, including 1:1 and group interventions
2. Assisting with literacy and numeracy catch-up sessions
3. Supporting pupils with SEMH, SEN, or behavioural needs
4. Helping pupils stay focused, engaged, and confident in their learning
5. Working closely with teachers and SENCO to support individual learning plans
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Experience working within KS2
7. Confident managing behaviour in a calm, positive way
8. Able to build strong relationships with pupils
9. Experience with interventions or SEN support is highly desirable
10. Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
