Responsibilities
Supervise the front of house team to ensure a warm, friendly welcome from guests arrival to departure. As Supervisor you will be the point of contact for all hotel guests and deal with all situations politely and courteously.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Strong communication skills and self‑motivated
* Ability to work under pressure, multi‑task and problem solve
* High attention to detail
About the Property
Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4*, 152‑bedroom property. The hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 27‑hole golf course and offers dining options including the Calverley Grill restaurant, the Claret Jug restaurant, Champagne bar, afternoon tea, private dining and event spaces. Leisure facilities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a relaxing Elemis spa. The hotel has been accredited with bronze from Green Tourism.
