The agency partners with ambitious brands to deliver measurable results across their digital ecosystem. The Role Theyre looking for an Account Manager to join the team in Leeds. This is the agencys first hire into the role, giving you the chance to shape how account management is done as the business grows. Youll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Working closely with performance specialists, developers and project managers, youll turn client goals into actionable plans and deliverables. Key Responsibilities Build strong, trusted relationships as the primary contact for your client accounts. Manage day-to-day delivery of digital performance campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, display). Oversee website projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met. Brief internal teams (design, development, content, performance marketing) and coordinate resource. Prepare and present reports, insights, and performance reviews to clients. Spot opportunities to grow accounts through upsell/cross-sell. Support new business proposals with strategic input. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices. Skills & Experience 2 years experience in account management within a digital or performance agency. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social, and web development processes. Proven track record managing multiple clients and projects. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Commercially minded with experience in budgets/forecasting. Able to build positive relationships with both clients and internal teams.
