Overview
Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK, home to iconic brands such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, Poretti, Robinsons and the Pepsi portfolio. The Territory Manager will develop relationships with retailers, grow Carlsberg Britvic’s market share within the defined territory, and drive sales of beers, ciders and soft drinks by maximizing brand availability and visibility in grocery stores.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers in the territory.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
* Promote the Carlsberg Britvic portfolio and ensure optimal product placement.
* Track performance metrics and report on sales activity.
* Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in field sales or a related role.
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive approach.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Comfortable learning new digital tools.
* Well organized, good planner with commercial acumen.

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points or previous bans).
