The team already has a caseload and are turning work down, so are looking some one who can work independently and is eager but support is still provided throughout. The role would be perfect for someone with 18+ months PQE. There is untapped potential for growth with this firm as they are inundated with clients but refuse to make their staff carry the burden so want to hire before taking on anymore.
