Position: Technical Designer / Architect
Location: London and “Hybrid” (3 days in 2 from home)

About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Designer / Architect with a strong design sensibility and a solid background in technical delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, takes pride in high-quality execution, and enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be confident taking ownership of projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, managing consultant coordination, producing detailed drawing packages, and leading site delivery with professionalism and precision.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Produce and review comprehensive drawing packages and specifications
* Oversee site progress and ensure design intent is maintained throughout
* Ensure compliance with current building regulations and construction standards
* Troubleshoot technical issues and propose creative, practical solutions
* Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative working environment
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Architect or experienced Technical Designer
* Demonstrated experience working through RIBA Stages 3–6
* Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
* A passion for delivering technically sound, design-led solutions
