BCHA works closely with Plymouth Alliance Services to provide support to women, helping them rebuild their lives and move forward through therapeutic interventions, addressing homelessness, and considering their goals and future aspirations.
Our women's refuge has been open for some years, creating a positive, safe, and secure environment for women and support staff. We are now expanding this service to support more women.
Position:
We are seeking new team members to support women at the beginning of their recovery journey. The role involves providing a supportive space to understand their needs and work towards overcoming barriers by accessing local services.
Previous experience working with homeless or socially excluded individuals and a good understanding of safeguarding issues are desirable. You should have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver positive, trauma-informed care. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference.
