Stores Manager

1to1 Group are seeking an experienced Stores Manager for a manufacturing company in Winchester. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of logistics and warehouse management systems, and a proven track record in process optimisation.
The Role:
Manage the safe and correct storage of materials
Maintain the accuracy of stock records
Help maintain optimum stock levels through the understanding of business and operation needs
Manage the stores, goods inwards and despatch functions
Ensure the training and development of all staff within the team.
Manage and support a team of 10.
Maintain warehouse resource in line with agreed headcount and operational needs, with effective work patterns in place.
Manage and oversee goods in and dispatch operation.
Ensure the accurate and timely picking of materials.
Responsibilities:
Previous experience working in a warehouse is essential
Experience managing a team of operatives
Stock control
