We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our specialist home Riverside in Warringtonto provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.
Job Role
Based close to Warrington town centre, Riverside is our residential care home that supports 8 fun-loving adults.
From day trips out to the beach or park, to throwing house celebrations for every occasion, the people we support at Riverside love being active and involving each other in their daily activities. As part of their support team, you will assist them with this, empowering them to be both independent and social.
No two days will be the same at Riverside. The people we support love spending time with each other and often you will work alongside the whole Riverside team to assist the people we support on their day trips or participating in whole-home events. Other days, you will work closely with one individual to support them with their personal interests.
