What You Bring
* Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a dedicated front-of-house team member ready to step into management, preferably with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
* Experience working in a bar environment, including serving freshly made food and drinks.
* A passion for hospitality and natural leadership qualities.
* Driven, resilient, and capable of overcoming challenges.
* Strong literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs.
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
* Self-motivated, able to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
* Good knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR practices, and NPS.
