We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Nidec Drives as Partner Relationship Manager

This dynamic position includes several areas of responsibility supporting the Partner Distribution business.

The Partner Relationship Manager will oversee all activities that enable our Partner Network to deliver continuous growth and will assist our Area Sales Managers
This role is pivotal in assisting our Area Sales Managers to ensure we achieve ambitious growth targets as well as maintaining strong customer relationships.


The responsibilities of the Partner Relationship Manager consist of but are not limited to:

Area Sales Support, Sales Assistance & General Duties
Responsibility for liaising with the Area Sales Managers to deliver the targets that we have confirmed through our Distribution Partners.
To organise and develop training schedules for the Partners, following the ASM’s growth plan.
Ensure that all branches are ‘branded’ to maximize our footprint in the branch.
To work with our Marketing and Channel Partner Champion to pre-qualify sales leads that are placed into the Salesforce software for Telford.
To assist in the smooth running and administration of the Partner Network.
Monitor validity of Partner agreements and report as necessary.
To monitor performance and advise Partners of their monthly sales/orders.
Measure against pre-determined KPIs and work with the Channel Manager/Area Sales Managers to stimulate growth.

Travel Requirements:
This role will require regular travel to visit sites, customers & stakeholders


Ability to travel within the UK as the activity dictates.
Previous experience working within a commercial environment.
Good relationship building, inside and outside the organisation.
IT literate and confident with MS Office applications and use of mobile communications
Adaptable and flexible in their work approach
Enjoys the challenge of a field sales environment.
