We'dlike you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients homebased in Ruthin.
When you'll be working:
* Days and Nights (8:00am-6:00pm /10:00pm until 8:00am)
* Parttime: 20hours a week
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our male client with muscular dystrophy in his own home during the daywhich will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.
No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
Due to the rural location of the clients home, you must be a driver.
