As our Technical Building Lead, you’ll play a vital role in managing and improving the hospital estate. You’ll ensure our buildings and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with statutory regulations and NHS standards.
What you’ll do:
* Act as an Authorised Person for key systems (Asbestos, Confined Spaces, Working at Height)
* Oversee building compliance, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives
* Support capital projects, audits, and risk assessments
* Supervise contractors and maintenance teams
* Contribute to asset management and long-term planning
