We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in March, Cambridgeshire for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role is full time for 40 hours per week. There will be no weekends or OOH work.

The role
12. The position offers a variety of duties but would mainly be more of a consulting position. The role will involve diagnostics, lab testing, vaccinations, maintaining patient records and consultations.

14. The Vet will be responsible for providing a high standard of veterinary care and customer service.
15. The Vet will be responsible to ensuring that there is excellent communication between themselves and the team and with clients.

About you:
26. They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Vet who is happy to work closely with the rest of the team.
27. The vet will have excellent communications skills and a compassionate attitude along with excellent client facing skills. They will be able to build rapport and strong client relationships.
28. The Vet will be able to organise their own time well and remain calm under pressure.
Package
29. Salary: Up to £68, per annum, commensurate to experience
30. Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave, increasing with service and birthday off
31. CPD: Generous allowance of £1, with 40 hours to attend
