A unique opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator to join our amazing team.

The role of Customer Services Administrator will mean that you are the support that makes the customers journey with us a smooth, professional and enjoyable one.
You will be utilising your communication and communications skills to the best of your ability and will have some fun in the midst.
The key elements of the role include:
· Liaising with customers in a prompt and timely manner
· Liaising with other departments in the company
· Administering data accurately and swiftly using our purpose-built CRM system
· Updating databases mostly in Excel
· Organising and franking post
· Making up our welcome packs for new businesses
· Maintain a professional, positive and can-do attitude with colleagues and customers
· Be keen to take on new tasks and develop new skills as the business grows further
About you
We are looking for someone with:
· Excellent IT Skills, you must be proficient in all the Microsoft office packages
· Be able to work on own initiative but also as a valued team member
· Look to solve problems
· You must have excellent communication skills – this role uses the telephone a lot
· Time management skills
· Above all else a can-do positive attitude and a great sense of humour
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
