Overview
We are looking to recruit a pensions administration subject matter expert for the role of a pensions onboarding consultant. This role involves mapping an existing pension administration function into a new organisation, designing processes, business rules, and understanding the pension calculations required to fulfil policy obligations using new systems and integrating the processes into a new environment. Once you map the way forward, you will have an integrated team of data, process and pension administration professionals that will work closely with you to implement your strategy.
Responsibilities
* Map and transition an existing pension administration function into a new organisation, including processes, business rules and required pension calculations.
* Consult with key stakeholders to align documentation, systems, and operating models in the new environment.
* Define and implement an integrated operating model with data, process, and pension administration professionals to execute the strategy.
* Lead or contribute to project work, identify smarter ways of working, and communicate ideas clearly.
Qualifications
* Experience as a senior pension administrator or team leader.
* Extensive knowledge of setting up and running processes for a pension administration team.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly.
* Enjoys project work and has a genuine depth of knowledge and understanding of pension administration.
Role Details
This is a hybrid role that will require 2 days per week in our client’s office in West Yorkshire.
