About The Role
About the Service
Our home is a spacious, open-plan bungalow supporting five individuals with complex care needs. Each person has their own bedroom, and the shared living, dining, and kitchen areas create a warm, inclusive environment.
We provide:
* Full personal care (washing, dressing, feeding)
* Oxygen therapy and suctioning
* Hoisting and manual handling
* Community-based support and outings
This is a vibrant, person-centred service where every individual is celebrated for who they are.
About the Role
Your day-to-day will include:
* Standard support worker duties
* Assisting with oxygen therapy and suctioning (training provided)
* Medication administration and manual handling
* Supporting individuals in the community
No prior experience in complex care? That’s okay—we’ll train you. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your commitment to making a difference.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Kind, reliable, and ready to take on a new challenge
* Experienced in care (desirable) or bringing transferable skills from other sectors
* A team player who values diversity and person-centred support
