About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support to students with additional needs. You will play a key role in helping pupils access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve both academic and personal milestones. Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons. Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs. Help create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback where required. Support personal care needs where necessary, maintaining dignity and respect. Qualifications: Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable. Understanding of different special educational needs and support strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learners. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
