We have three exciting opportunities to become a Team Leader within Patient Services to lead and motivate our clinical administration teams within HUB 4 at Women’s and Children’s Hospital Hull Royal Infirmary and HUB 7 at Cardiology at Castle Hill Hospital, supporting our clinical colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver the best care for patients.
You will support the Hub manager, oversee outpatient clinics, inpatient waiting lists and patient correspondence teams, adhering to performance targets and identifying continuous service improvements. You will analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.
If you are an external applicant, you will start on the second working Monday of the month and will participate in the Patient Services induction training plan.

Person Specification
Education/Qualifications
* Good standard of higher education including GCSE level or equivalent, Maths and English Language.
* Level 4 qualification in Administration or management.
* Willing to work towards a Level 4 qualification in Administration/Management/Team Leader.
Knowledge, Training & Experience
* Experience of providing a service to patients/customers.
* Experience of Microsoft Office products.
* Experience of supervising a team.
* Understanding of the clinical administration pathway.
* Experience of conflict resolution.
* Experience of working within the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
