We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the food and beverage function in the hotel.
This is a hands-on role requiring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure our service standards remain consistently high.
THE ROLE:
* Assist with the daily operational tasks across all F&B outlets including events
* Confidently open and close all F&B areas
* Oversee daily till reconciliation and ensure accurate cash handling
* Motivate the team to provide excellent service with attention to detail
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness in both front and back of house areas
* Serve food and beverages, including preparation of hot/cold drinks
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
* Oversee events, and set ups
* Follow instructions for event preparation, service, and clear-down
* Ensure all event spaces are left clean and ready for the next function
