Requirements
The duties of this post involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member concerning Regulated Work with these groups, or if already a member, to undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update before a formal employment offer is made by East Ayrshire Council.
Note: PVG records are continually updated with new vetting information. Any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment confirmation.

The Individual
This is a permanent, full-time position based at Stewarton Academy, Stewarton.
The role is available in either Business/Admin or Computing Science. Applicants qualified in either area are encouraged to apply.
The working hours are 35 hours per week, directed by the line manager.
The annual salary ranges from £40,305 to £50,589.
