About The Role

As Product Development Engineering Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading engineering delivery through design and development and leading the technical team managing design, development, testing, commissioning, and in-service support.
This role is based at our Barnstaple site with flexible working options. The salary for this role is up to £72k, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing
1. Direct engineering responsibility for assigned products.
2. Meet performance and delivery targets for Ship & Fleet Protection Systems within budget, time, and quality constraints.
3. Collaborate with the Product Technical Authority and Project Management to define and review project plans.
4. Support engineering team members with their projects and programs.
5. Assist in performance reviews across reporting lines.
6. Prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
7. Manage resources to maximize productivity.
8. Lead product requirements definition and lifecycle management.
9. Support testing and trials of new product developments.
10. Ensure successful product integration and delivery.
11. Develop solutions for complex problems.
