Leisure Attendant
As our Leisure Attendant, you’ll ensure the front-of-house reception runs smoothly, delivering high-touch customer service to our members and Hotel guests.
With excellent attention to detail, you’ll maintain a highly presentable Health Club environment and manage written and verbal correspondence confidently.
You’ll be the face of the Club for walk-in enquiries, guiding potential members and completing Health Pitstops and Gym inductions.
Health and safety is key - you’ll carry out pool water tests, safety audits, and pool plant tasks.

5. Good negotiation and influencing skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Experience in a member’s health and fitness club (desirable)
8. Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (desirable but not essential)
