Job Description
The right candidate will need to be a bright and welcoming character to act as first point of contact for employee’s, visitors and potential clients.
Key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
1. To greet all visitors promptly, completing all related security procedures and offering all appropriate services to ensure guests experience a pleasant visit.
2. Monitoring and responding to the information inbox and liaising with colleagues as appropriate to ensure replies are sent in a timely manner.
3. Assisting with the collation and circulation of brochures, other publications, material for marketing and a range of events.
4. Managing any incoming deliveries of mail and supplies and arranging collection by traders and staff.
5. Taking messages, directing calls and providing information as appropriate in a warm and confident manner.
6. Escorting guests to appropriate meeting rooms when requested.
7. Assisting other departments with ad-hoc including post, photocopying, document collation, typing, laminating, booking of meeting rooms and providing refreshments.
Person Specification
Essential Skills:
8. Experience in busy customer focused service role would be beneficial.
9. Good basic education with GCSEs (or the equivalent) including English and Maths.
10. Courteous telephone manner and the ability to reply promptly to email enquiries.
11. Multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and uses initiative.
12. Good Microsoft office skills.
The suitable candidate will need to be presentable, have great people skills and be friendly and polite.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday – 08:00am to 16:30pm with 1-hour lunch break.
Friday – 08:00am to 16:00pm with 1-hour lunch break.
Holidays:
25 days holiday.
