Customer Service Advisor - Product Support
Join us as a Customer Service Advisor - Product Support at Bodypower Sports LTD. This full-time role offers a salary of £26,350 per annum plus a discretionary bonus scheme, with potential additional earnings of £1,400 annually.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service both internally and externally
* Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding order status
* Order processing and liaising with third-party companies
* Resolving customer complaints and managing warranty issues
* Supporting product servicing and parts arrangements
* Occasional work in the Installs Admin team using IT systems
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with occasional weekends.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service office environment
* Excellent communication skills for face-to-face and phone interactions
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Team player with attention to detail
* Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
