We are seeking a Full-Time Healthcare Assistant to join our Burleigh Hill Team. The contract involves working 3 days per week, with 3 x 12-hour shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday.
Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Duties
1. Assist with personal care and daily living activities, including washing, dressing, toileting/incontinence, and helping with mealtimes.
2. Perform laundry duties such as washing, drying, and ironing.
3. Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
4. Complete all paperwork accurately.
5. Maintain regular communication with the line manager.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures.
7. Obtain and maintain NISCC registration during employment.
8. Adhere to the NISCC Codes of Practice.
9. Follow all Health and Safety guidelines.
10. Ensure confidentiality of residents, colleagues, and the company at all times.
11. Work collaboratively as part of a team.
12. Provide high-quality service consistently.
13. No prior experience necessary, but experience in a Nursing Home or similar environment is preferred.
14. Be registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC).

Located in historic Carrickfergus, this purpose-built home has been established for over 20 years, offering both Nursing and Residential care.
