WebMD is seeking a Media Planner (Client Services) to join our global team, working across pharmaceutical and healthcare client media campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Media Planning Operations team and other internal stakeholders to produce and execute promotional media campaigns, ensuring an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities include:
1. End-to-end management of media campaigns throughout their lifecycle, including media plan development and management.
2. Coordination with clients and agencies for creative assets and quality assurance communication.
3. Client services and relationship management.
4. Leading client kick-off calls for new campaigns.
5. Monthly reporting and revenue management.
6. Partnering with the sales team to understand client objectives.
7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective campaign management.
8. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to facilitate smooth campaign launches and future business.
9. Developing a deep understanding of WebMD media products.
10. Communicating programme details effectively to internal teams.
11. Working with healthcare clients worldwide.
Qualifications and skills required:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* At least 4 years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency or publisher environment.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Passion for digital media and continuous learning.
* Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
* Proactive, initiative-taking, and relationship-building abilities.
* Results-oriented with a focus on quality.
* Diplomatic and comfortable dealing with senior executives.
* Effective negotiation skills.
