The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Consultant Breast Radiologist to support the Breast Radiology service in the East Midlands.

This opportunity offers a full time temporary contract with a Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule, providing structured and consistent work within a hospital imaging environment. It is well suited to candidates with experience in Breast Radiology, confident in delivering high quality diagnostic services in a fast paced clinical setting.

You will be working alongside established clinical teams, supporting day to day service delivery and contributing to safe, effective patient care.

• Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40 hours per week)
• Pay Method: PAYE
• Additional Notes: Experienced Breast Radiologist required; standard NHS systems used

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high quality breast imaging and diagnostic services
• Support day to day radiology operations and efficient patient flow
• Carry out assessments, imaging, and reporting in line with best practice
• Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses, AHPs, and the wider MDT
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
• Identify and elevate clinical concerns appropriately
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, effective, and well functioning clinical environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active GMC registration with Consultant level experience in Breast Radiology
• Relevant recent UK experience within Breast Imaging
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and professionalism
• Role specific requirement: Experienced Breast Radiologist
• Valid Right to Work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)
