Santoro is an award-winning design house which creates and distributes a broad variety of gift, stationery and lifestyle collections including 3D pop-up greetings cards, character brands and luxury interiors lines. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to work alongside our busy production, sales, accounts and fulfilment teams. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimising the end-to-end supply chain process — from procurement and inventory management to logistics coordination and sales support.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily supply chain activities including goods-in, inventory control, and goods-out
* Act as key liaison between our Wimbledon head office and Rotherham warehouse to enable effective cross-departmental workflow
* Navigate ongoing global trade instabilities and continuously improve goods-out workflows to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver excellent customer experiences
* Research and evaluate new 3PL partners to support business growth and operational efficiency
Logistics
* Coordinate with international suppliers and logistics partners to manage imports into the UK warehouse, oversee schedules, process shipping documents, and reconcile freight invoices
* Manage outgoing B2B and D2C shipments to ensure compliance with customer requirements; provide customer service actions as required for tracking queries / delivery troubleshooting
* Direct despatch routes and carrier services to ensure efficient delivery while navigating differing border controls and international trade requirements
* Manage carrier and courier relationships including reviewing costs and negotiating rates to ensure reliable performance standards at a competitive cost
* Coordinate with customs brokers and customers to provide export documentation for exports
* Support fulfilment of FOB orders and special customer needs, including processing manuals, communicating instructions, and managing outcomes
Stock Management
* Utilise our Odoo ERP system proficiently to manage activities, analyse supply chain data, prepare performance reports and maintain accurate records
* Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory availability, support demand planning and forecasting activities
* Maintain accuracy of new product listings across ERP and ecommerce platforms including pricing, descriptions, specifications, and imagery
* Monitor end-of-line stocks, facilitate clearance sales and other phase-out actions
Requirements
* Top grades throughout education including a high degree grade in a relevant subject
* 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related field
* Strong attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, analytical and solution-focused mindset
* Ability to manage complex data effectively with excellent accuracy and numeracy
* A hands-on approach, and a team player willing to contribute to all areas of the business
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
* Familiarity with import/export documentation processes (desirable)
* Familiarity with 3PL, carrier and courier management processes (desirable)
