Are you a qualified Plumbing and Gas Engineer with experience in maintenance and building services?

With a large and varied campus including academic buildings, student accommodation, and commercial spaces, the estates team plays a key role in maintaining a safe and high-performing environment for staff and students.
In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across plumbing, heating, ventilation, and gas systems. You will also support small installation and improvement projects, working as part of a professional and collaborative estates team. The role is Monday to Friday, with a minimal on-call rota.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Mechanical or Plumbing professional with strong experience in building services maintenance. You will hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), be Gas Safe registered, and have experience working in commercial or large-scale environments.

The Role:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across plumbing and gas.
Support installations, upgrades, and small project works
Work across a large, modern campus environment
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week with minimal on-call rota
The Person:
Level 3 qualification in Plumbing, Mechanical Services or similar
Gas Safe registered
Experience in building services or facilities maintenance
Full UK driving licence
