MWH Treatment would like to strengthen their Business support team with Office Administrator on a temporary basis, based in our Hattersley office. You’d play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our office and help the Executive Assistant (EA) with a variety of admin tasks.
Key responsibilities will include.
1. Mail: Sorting, scanning, filing and franking mail, including postal runs to the local post office.
2. General Office: Oversee day-to-day tasks including coffee machine upkeep. Creating office passes for new starters. Maintaining and ordering office supplies, including groceries and stationery. Answering telephone professionally and courteously.
3. Courier: Arrange company-wide courier services using Inxpress software.
4. Assistance: Help the EA with tasks such as expenses and time sheets for the senior leadership team.
5. Archiving: Managing and processing company archives.
6. Meetings: Coordinate meeting room bookings and order lunches for meetings and events as required. Book external meeting rooms when required.
7. Additional Tasks: Performing other ad hoc duties as required such as running office events/charity days. Ensure the office environment remains clean, tidy, and well-presented. Operating internal systems and software (training provided).

Contract: Temporary until 18th February 2026
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)
