Role Overview
We’re hiring Regional Sales Managers to support our expansion across the Northern UK ethnic channel. Reporting into the Head of Sales – Ethnic (North), this role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering volume, revenue, and distribution targets within the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales within assigned ethnic retail and wholesale accounts.
* Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and distributors.
* Execute sales plans and ensure in-store visibility and availability of products.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity across your territory.
* Provide regular updates on performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
* Support trade marketing initiatives and promotional activity.
* Ensure effective in-store execution and high standards of product representation.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including logistics and customer service.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a field sales role within the FMCG or ethnic food sector.
* Solid knowledge of the Northern ethnic trade landscape.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
