Parts Manager – JLR Southend
Working in our parts department as a Parts Manager you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

Responsibilities
* Oversee parts operations for a busy workshop and an ambitious, expanding trade function, supporting current trade vans and future growth plans.
* Effectively communicate with and motivate the Bodyshop and Aftersales teams, adapting to the changing needs of the business.
* Proactively lead the team with a hands‑on, visible approach, empowering them to make the right local decisions to drive performance.
* Direct and prioritise resources to ensure parts operations run efficiently and effectively.
* Develop and drive strategic decisions for the Parts function to meet current and future business needs.
* Regularly review KPIs, identifying trends and working with managers to swiftly address any risks or negative performance.
* Conduct quarterly performance and development reviews, setting clear goals, expectations, and follow‑up actions.
* Continually assess and implement process and performance improvements across the Parts department.
Qualifications
* Experience within the automotive industry is essential.
* Excellent organisation skills, with experience in high-level reporting.
* Experience working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs.
* An open and approachable leadership style, with experience in leading, motivating, and coaching managers.
