A specialist secondary school in Farnham is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their welcoming team. The school works with secondary-aged pupils with emotional and attachment needs, providing a calm, structured, and nurturing environment where they can thrive. We are keen to hear from experienced Learning Support Assistants, as well as people with relevant experience from childcare, care, youth work, mental health support, or other people-focused roles. You don’t need previous school experience – full support and training will be provided.
