£45,000 basic salary + 26 days holiday (+8BH) 8% Pension, volunteer days + Overtime + training and progression
A medium sized, FM specialist are currently recruiting a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to work across a state of the art Pharmaceutical site based in Essex.
The business have been operating within the commercial building services sector for the past 10+ years and have aggressively grown to become one of the most sought after organisations to work for, with a big presence on internal promotion and progression with a lot of senior personnel joining in lower level positions. Ideally, candidates should have experience working with; pumps, hot/cold water systems, LTHW, MTHW, steam systems (first line), chilled water plant, AHU's, FCU's heat exchangers, valves as well as general building services equipment.
