We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Brand Manager to join our team and work on our Vitalite and Utterly Butterly brands. The role will report to the Senior Brand Manager for Butter, Spreads and Oils and be responsible for end-to-end management of the two brands, taking responsibility for strategic developments, planning and activation of annual brand plans.
This is a highly diverse role that is perfect for a self-starter who is interested in partnering cross-functionally to grow the Vitalite and Utterly Butterly. The position is open due to internal mobility and there will be future growth opportunities across any of Saputo’s UK brands (Cathedral City, Clover, Sheese, Clover, Frylight etc.).
YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
1. End to end management of the Vitalite and Utterly Butterly (UB) brands to deliver in-year P&Ls and set the brands up for future growth in the Dairy Free and Value Spreads sub-categories.
2. Building the 1-year and 3-year plans for Vitalite and UB, and gaining alignment for them throughout the business and with customers.
3. Regularly inputting into Vitalite and UB commercial plans.
4. Taking responsibility for the strategic developments, planning and activation of the annual brand plans, ensuring these plans deliver revenue, profit, and market share targets
5. Implementing all brand advertising and promotions, including the execution of Vitalite’s new and exciting brand ambition and target audience to achieve penetration goals.
6. Developing and leading marketing activity for Allergy Awareness Week.
7. Daily monitoring of Vitalite's social media accounts, and publishing inspiring and engaging content throughout the year with support from our brand ambassadors and partnerships
8. Managing product change on Vitalite and UB to drive profitable growth (NPD and value engineering).
YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE…
9. At least 3-5 years’ experience within the FMCG industry – ideally already working as a Brand Manager or well established ABM who is ready to take the next step
10. Good knowledge of communication levers; development, activation, and evaluation..
11. Passion for developing and running digital campaigns across paid search, social & retailer e-commerce
12. Strong creative skills and commercial acumen.
13. Strong communication skills, with an ability to flex style, influence and engage multiple stakeholder
14. An entrepreneurial flair, thinking outside the box with a challenger brand mindset.
