Candidate Profile
* At least 3 years' experience delivering small to medium-sized property projects.
* Strong stakeholder engagement abilities and proven project coordination skills.
* Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or APM are beneficial but not essential.
* Degree in Construction, Surveying, or a related discipline.
