Overview
The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and winning new business through key account management and prospecting for new business. They will develop knowledge and understanding of trends in reprocessing software buying/sourcing practices of our current and potential customers and development tools, methods and strategies to successfully execute. They will effectively work with IPT Commercial partners to position and sell combined offerings whether through direct sales, RFPs or Tenders.
Responsibilities
* Identify and win new business through key account management and prospecting for new business.
* Develop knowledge and understanding of trends in reprocessing software buying/sourcing practices of current and potential customers and develop tools, methods and strategies to successfully execute.
* Work with IPT Commercial partners to position and sell combined offerings, whether through direct sales, RFPs or tenders.
* Understand customers\' requirements and devise and articulate the most appropriate software solutions.
* Meet with existing customers and potential customers to create further awareness and new sales of the SPM and related offering.
* Fully utilize Salesforce CRM system to track opportunities, values and forecasted bookings.
* Liaise with other Commercial teams to help create unique differentiation and competitive advantage.
* Support marketing programs and trade events.
* Must be able to network internally across all functions and externally with customer organisations and other service providers.
* Capable of contributing to the strategic direction of the business and able to work with counterparts within STERIS globally to achieve business objectives.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to project manage.
Qualifications
* Degree level or equivalent in relevant subject or demonstrable relevant business experience.
