Customer Service Advisors – Mortgage & Loans | S1 | Homes Direct | Teesside
We are hiring full time Customer Service Advisors within our Homes Direct Servicing team. This role is based in Teesside with hybrid working options after training.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer and third-party mortgage or loan queries and transactions over the phone. After training, you may support via Live Chat as well.
* Encourage customers to use digital channels and explain interaction options with the bank.
* Keep customers and the bank safe by identifying vulnerability and detecting potential fraud.
* Accurately collate information to resolve customer queries at first point of contact.

What else you need to know
You will work 35 hours per week. Shifts within opening hours: 08:00–18:00 Monday–Friday and 09:00–14:00 Saturday; lieu days provided when working Saturdays. A comprehensive, fully-paid training program is provided on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks. After training, you may have the opportunity to work from home. Individual requests for flexible working, such as part-time hours, may be considered. The role is based in Teesside and you’ll be expected to spend at least two days per month in the office. Free on-site parking is available.
