Branch Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Role Overview
Acting as the first point of contact for our customers, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth, compliant branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support to the Branch Manager and assist the wider team.
* Customer Service: Manage the branch switchboard, handle incoming calls, and professionally address customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, and in person.
* Financial Admin: Process invoices, delivery notes, and daily cashiering tasks while collaborating with Head Office.
* Sales Support: Prepare sales quotations, issue invoices/delivery tickets, regularly update the sales database, and assist the team during trade shows and events.
* Operations & Compliance: Maintain precise data, filing systems, and stock documentation, including conducting monthly inventory checks on domestic items.
