The Role
Our client is a global organisation providing advisory and operational services to institutional and private clients, with activities spanning multiple regions and regulatory environments.
What you'll do
* Support the day-to-day delivery of internal and external reconciliations within the Global Reconciliation Utility, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Perform daily quality assurance and control checks across reconciliation activities, maintaining strong governance and oversight.
* Oversee the offshore vendor responsible for reconciliation execution, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and controls.
* Execute and support regulatory-critical processes, including UK Client Money, US Reserve, and ISGPO Margin reconciliations.
* Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, coverage, and control effectiveness.
What you bring
* Strong analytical and organisational capability with close attention to detail.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver accurate work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
* Solid understanding of operational and franchise risk, with sound problem-solving skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Power Apps, or UIPath is advantageous.
