They're on the hunt for an experienced, people-first Restaurant Manager who's ready to bring the energy, run slick service, and help make this flagship site the talk of the town.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the full front-of-house operation in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
* Leading and motivating a team to deliver next-level service and energy every single shift
* Being the face of the venue—approachable, hands-on, and always guest-focused
* Working closely with the GM and kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly
* Supporting with recruitment, rotas, training, team development and service standards
* Managing floor operations, handling customer feedback, and keeping the vibes strong
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
* Have previous experience managing a busy restaurant, QSR, or premium casual dining venue
* Are a confident leader with a people-first approach and a hands-on style
* Thrive in high-energy environments and love leading from the front
* Are obsessed with customer experience and building community through food
* Know your way around shift planning, team training and operational standards
