We are currently seeking a Diploma qualified candidate to operate within this highly successful IFA Practice. The role will involve supporting the Financial Planners within the business to effectively and efficiently carry out all designated assignments. This role will be based in St Albans, Herts.
Main Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring all client administration is carried out in accordance with the firm's existing procedures;
2. Researching and analysing data on behalf of the other members of your team;
3. Being responsible for keeping up to date with all technical and regulatory changes within the industry;
4. Acting as a point of reference for junior staff and mentoring them;
5. Maintaining the client and firm's files in a well-presented, accurate, and compliant manner.
Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages;
* Diploma in Financial Planning;
* Previous management or mentoring experience within a technical role;
* Experience dealing with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds, with a strong track record of exemplary customer service;
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and a positive can-do attitude.
