Campaign Manager at RS UK & Ireland
12-month FTC
Location – Corby (NN17 5JF).
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for scheduling, creating content, executing activities, tracking and measuring supplier marketing campaigns as part of the integrated plan.
You will make a significant difference to RS by ensuring that essential campaign delivery tasks are handled with precision and efficiency, contributing directly to smoother operations and enhanced supplier relationships. By focusing on comprehensive briefing, stakeholder management internally and externally, Proof of Activity (POA), and the administration in Power Apps, the role helps RS maintain accurate and timely financial records, ensuring that suppliers are invoiced promptly, partners are paid on time and that project activities are well-documented.
In summary, this role optimises processes, which in turn improves RS\'s overall ability to meet commitments, strengthen supplier partnerships, and maintain operational excellence. By improving administrative processes and campaign delivery, it directly supports the company\'s growth and success.
What you will be doing
* Prepare and deliver all relevant agency briefing documents — ensuring they are complete and in accordance with the activity goals, and that activities are executed in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with P&SM and key stakeholders across the business to ensure correct products are included in marketing campaigns.
* Manage the briefing process internally with the creative team, adhering to processes, brand guidelines and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Following completion of activities, update the relevant Supplier POA packs with visualisations and results of all planned activities.
What do I need to be successful?
* High organisational skills — ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks, deadlines, and workflows effectively.
* Strong literacy & numeracy (Microsoft Office skills) — proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Power Apps is desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail — ensuring accurate planning, briefing, POA documentation and supplier campaigns.
* Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills — ability to communicate and collaborate across teams and with external suppliers.
* A good understanding of current marketing trends and ability to bring supplier product and messaging to life for the correct audience.
