We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join a special educational needs (SEN) school in Uxbridge for a ASD school. This is a full-time, long-term role with pay in line with the teacher pay scale. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.\n\nPosition Details:\n\nLocation: Uxbridge\n\nContract: Full-time (Monday - Friday)\n\nDuration: Long-term\n\nStart Date: September start\n\nSalary: Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)\n\nSchool Type: SEN school, supporting students with a range of learning difficulties\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPlanning and delivering tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of SEN students\n\nCreating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment\n\nImplementing effective behaviour management strategies\n\nWorking collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and external professionals\n\nMonitoring and assessing student progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly\n\nSupporting students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills\n\nRequirements:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK\n\nExperience working in an SEN setting or supporting students with additional needs\n\nStrong classroom management and differentiation skills\n\nA patient, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching\n\nAn Enhanced DBS Certificate (registered on the update service or willing to obtain one)\n\nHow to Apply:\n\nIf you are interested in this role, please send an up-to-date CV as soon as possible.
