Due to sustained growth and internal promotions, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their highly regarded Real Estate team. Role overview:
As part of the busy Commercial Property team, you will handle a varied caseload of matters, including but not limited to:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters (including lease renewals, surrenders, and assignments)
* Commercial leases and licences
* Development work
* Property finance and secured lending transactions
* Corporate support on property elements of business sales/purchases
* You will be working closely with partners and senior associates, benefiting from both their expertise and the firm's excellent resources.

About you:
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years' post-qualification experience in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
* Excellent client care and relationship management skills
* A proactive and professional approach
* The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
