The Role
The Casual Lifeguard will work as part of a team in supervising, controlling and ensuring the safety and comfort of customers at all times in the Sports Centre, but in particular focus with the swimming pool environment and to provide the highest standards of customer service to all users of the Sports Centre.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out lifeguard duties to ensure the safety, welfare, supervision and controlling of all bathers or users of the swimming pool.
2. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Sports Centre in accordance with cleaning schedules and standards.
3. Must hold and maintain the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and attend regular onsite training and any other mandatory training or meeting as required.
