About the Role
As General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be the face of our BMW showroom, inspiring your team to exceed targets and uphold the Barretts standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
* Drive profitability through strategic planning, commercial awareness, and operational excellence.
* Ensure every customer receives a premium experience, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
* Maintain strong relationships with BMW UK and uphold brand standards.
* Monitor and improve sales processes, stock management, and customer retention strategies.
* Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the department.
