We’re looking for a full‑time, on‑site role for a Buy‑To‑Let and Bridging Adviser located in Glasgow, Hamilton.
The Buy‑To‑Let and Bridging Adviser will take full ownership of our BTL & bridging function and be responsible for providing expert advice on buy‑to‑let and bridging finance options, evaluating a client’s wider financial situation (including income, credit history) and investment goals to help advise on suitable products from specialist lenders.

* Basic Salary = £45,000

Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Guiding clients through the entire application process, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties.
* Expert Advice: Providing guidance on specific market products, such as HMOs, limited company buy‑to‑lets, and bridging finance.
* Affordability Assessment: Conducting assessments that consider expected rental income and the applicant’s personal income.
* Market Expertise: Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and lender criteria.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while delivering high‑quality customer service.
Qualifications
* Holding a CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or an equivalent qualification is essential.
* Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
Skills
* Expertise in financial planning and retirement planning.
* Strong understanding of finance and investments.
* Skills in providing financial advisory services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
